Supporting Veterans with Nexus Letters
In addition to therapy, Dr. Eubanks and her team offer professional nexus letters to support Veterans’ VA disability claims. These letters provide clear, evidence-based medical opinions connecting service-related experiences with current mental health conditions.
Two Options Available:
- Nexus Letter Only – $750
Based on a comprehensive review of your medical records.
- Comprehensive Nexus Package – $1200
Includes a psychodiagnostic intake, therapy session if clinically indicated, and nexus letter preparation.
Nexus services are completed and billed in phases, beginning with record review to determine clinical support for an opinion.
